Coaching

goal is a dream with a plan and a deadline.

Harvey Mackay

First things first! Which means that there will be second, third and other things to follow.

This coaching program is not for a pro. This is for riders who have trouble crossing over their first milestone. To complete your first race, to complete your first climb to the top of Nandi, to finish your first century ride, half century, first ride on the trail. To get rid of that back or knee pain you are facing after a ride!

Full Moon Laboratory’s coaching program is tried, tested and then customized based on where you currently stand. 12 years on the bicycle, covering long distance rides, commuting, cyclothons, solo bike-packing adventures, and competitive time trial and road races and being part of the support system of national level athletes and just learning from the many mistakes you are probably making now is how the coaching program has been developed. You see, the lab has covered almost all bases of cycling there.

If you have a particular goal in mind and want to get there while being injury free and with reduced recovery times along with a mental boost that helps you derive your ‘why’, then aniSh is the person to contact.

The coaching program will remain with you for a while after you have found that initial success, but as you progress into deeper waters, aniSh can refer you to more professional coaches and methods with national and international successes outside of Full Moon Laboratory.
